60-minute full nutrition assessment- All clients start with an opportunity for us to dive deep in to your relationship with food and exercise, body image, and discuss both your short-term and long-term goals. Together, we will create a blueprint for your health and fitness journey, and decide which package is best for you.
Follow-up sessions allow us to make progress on your health journey by evaluating your plan. We will celebrate the small wins and understand what challenges are getting in your way. We will fine-tune, adjust, and set new goals for continued success.
