Together, we will create a blueprint for your health and fitness journey, and decide which package is best for you.

  • 2 Sessions per month - two 60 minute sessions; sick of counting calories and dieting? Searching for a way of eating that includes all foods without the stress or anxiety? We will identify roadblocks and create an action plan to crush them, leaving you with confidence and clarity

  • 4 sessions per month - four 60 minute sessions; sick of counting calories and dieting? Searching for a way of eating that includes all foods without the stress or anxiety? We will identify roadblocks and create an action plan to crush them, leaving you with confidence and clarity! Dive deep to heal your relationship with food.

  • Add an extra layer of accountability to your goals. This includes weekly tips/feedback via MyFitnessPal food logs, access to online community/Facebook support group. May be added to any session package.
