I know what it’s like when “being healthy” starts taking up way too much headspace.
After gaining weight while studying abroad in college, I became hyper-focused on trying to “fix” my body.
Exercise became something I had to do. Food became something to manage. And what looked like dedication to health from the outside was actually leaving me more disconnected from my body.
Then I became a dietitian. And a trainer.
The more I learned - and the more people I worked with - the more I realized how much of the health and fitness industry teaches us to override our bodies in the name of taking care of them.
Eat less. Track more. Push harder. Be more disciplined.
I wanted something different.
Over time, I learned to trade rigid rules for flexibility, punishment for purposeful movement, and constantly trying to change my body for actually learning how to support it.
And that completely changed the way I practice.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Fuel Your Body. Trust Yourself.
Nutrition doesn’t have to mean tracking every bite or trying to eat perfectly. We’ll help you tune out the noise, understand what your body needs, and make confident food choices - with plenty of room for flexibility, enjoyment, and real life.
Build Strength for the Life You Want to Live.
Strength is about so much more than how your body looks. We train to build energy, confidence, resilience, and the capacity to do more of the things that matter to you - from carrying groceries and keeping up with your kids to hiking, traveling, or chasing your next fitness goal. Move because you can, not because you have to.
