YOUR 90-DAY JOURNEY

Phase 1: Reboot (Weeks 1-3) We start by understanding what's actually kept you stuck. You'll learn why diets have failed you…not because you lacked willpower, but because of biology. We'll work through the food rules, the all-or-nothing thinking, and the beliefs that were never yours to begin with. By the end of this phase, the mental noise around food starts to quiet. Most clients describe this as the first time they've felt relief in years.

Phase 2: Restore (Weeks 4-6) Now we rebuild. You'll learn how to fuel your body in a way that creates stable energy, satisfied hunger, and no more 2pm crashes. We'll use your HTMA mineral results to make this deeply personal… no generic meal plans, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just a clear picture of what your body actually needs and a flexible plan that fits your real life.

Phase 3: Recharge (Weeks 7-9) This is where fitness gets its identity back. We'll find movement that feels good in your body… not punishment, not calorie math, not a metric to hit. Your personalized fitness plan meets you exactly where you are, whether you're just getting back into movement or ready to build real strength. By the end of this phase, most clients say exercise feels like something they get to do, not something they have to do.

Phase 4: Retain (Weeks 10-12+) The final phase is about making this yours forever. We'll troubleshoot the roadblocks that used to derail you, build your toolkit for navigating life changes, and set you up so that no matter what season comes next - a new job, a new baby, a hard year - you never have to start over again. You leave with a relationship with food and your body that is genuinely yours to keep.

The journey looks a little different for everyone. We move at your pace, revisit what needs revisiting, and integrate everything as we go. What stays consistent is the direction: forward.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework that integrates instinct, emotion, and nutrition science. Intuitive Eating allows for self compassion, curiosity and a gentle approach to food and fitness.

  • Katie is in network with Anthem BCBS and United Healthcare. Prior to your visit, please call your insurance company to check your benefits. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire what your in network nutrition therapy benefits are, using this script here.

    For other insurances companies, we are out-of-network providers which means we can provide you a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA. Payment is due at time of service for folks using out of network benefits.

    If you wish to use your insurance, the cost of the sessions ($580) is deducted from your total package invoice. We will bill your insurance for the Initial Consult + Follow Ups. Per our policies, if your insurance denies any claims, your card on file will be charged the standard amount.

    Insurance does not cover additional support, functional lab testing, resources between sessions, etc only the face to face sessions.

  • The investment for the 12-week program is $2,497 (or significantly less with insurance). Payment plans are available. We accept HSA/FSA as well.

  • Health at Every Size™ is a compassionate care framework that recognizes and promotes body diversity and holistic health. We recognize a focus on intentional weight loss causes harm, does not improve health, and further invokes weight stigma and discrimination. We believe any person in any size body can pursue health and create positive behavior change that prioritizes their individual health desires.

  • A Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a way to assess cellular mineral status (vs minerals outside the cells like in blood testing). This helps us get an idea of what minerals you are using and/or losing which allows us to make more precise personalized recommendations around food, mineral, supplement intake to optimize health and performance. A package is not needed to book HTMA.

  • You don’t have to commit to a full package to get support. We offer individual session by session, fitness plans, and HTMA testing so you can get exactly what you need, when you need it.

    That said, the Reboot Bootcamp was created for those who are ready for more structure, more momentum, and a full-picture reset.
