15 Life Truths You Need to Hear

In a world with so much swirling, conflicting information about what to do,  what to eat,  what to avoid, how to act, etc etc etc, we want to give you some straight up truths this week. When life gets crazy, and we get sucked in, it can be easy to start going 100 miles per hour (physically and mentally). In these times, it’s important to get rooted in truths. So  if you do nothing else this week, read these reminders, sit with them, and live by them. We know it will change your perspective, allow you to slow down + feel better, and get back to living your truest, best life.

  3. You only get one body to live in- love it and take care of it.

  4. Your body is a gift- celebrate it.

  6. There’s no such thing as “good” or “bad” food.

  7. Your mentality determines your life. Fill it with positive thoughts, awesome podcasts, and uplifting affirmations.

  8. You don’t need to eat in a certain time window to be fit.

  9. You should honor your hunger cues. IT reBUILDS trust with your body.

  10. Comparison is the thief of joy. Focus on your  own happiness + health.

  11. If it’s promising quick results, it’s best to stay away…actually run. fast.

  12. You don’t have to avoid food in order to be healthy.

  13. It is possible to live in harmony with food + your body.

  14. You will have a more fulfilling life, and relationships, if you love yourself first.

  15. You can do anything you put your mind to, seriously.
